Ziegfeld Ballroom

The Ziegfeld Ballroom, opening in the fall of 2017, will be one of the largest and most elegant events spaces in New York City. The sophisticated venue will cater to galas, corporate functions, charity events, and private parties. With capacity to host up to 1,200 guests, the iconically-named Art Deco ballroom has a renowned history. The Ziegfeld Ballroom was previously the Ziegfeld Theatre. Between 1969 and 2016, more world premieres of Hollywood blockbuster films were held at the Ziegfeld Theatre than any U.S. movie house outside of Los Angeles. The theatre was named in honor of the original Ziegfeld Theatre built in 1927 by Florenz Ziegfeld Jr., the Broadway legend who produced the Ziegfeld Follies.
